• Well its been one year and this review is long overdue. Everything went as smooth as can be. From the explanation of the quote, recommendation (thanks Simi Heating and Air) to go a little larger to match my fathers house (at minimal cost), installation and follow up testing. Zero issues! The new unit has actually lowered my fathers PG&E bill by a large amount since the new system cools and heats the house much faster and more efficiently! My father could not be happier with how smooth a process all this was. Very clean installation and fixed issues with the original installation from when the house was built. I reminded him that I had met him when he was just a teenager and that he is a cousin of my daughter-in-law. His personality and expertise will win you over. My decision to accept his quote was based on his knowledge and the fact that his business is located in Stockton and that his three children work with him and the quote was so detailed. • I had a new hvac system installed by another contractor that kept faulting out ….it would never reach the set point ….it kept shutting it self down and when it would run a whistling noise could be heard….it would run fine without a filter. • I highly recommend Simi heating and air conditioning. I had to replace my hvac 4 times and the last time I replaced it with Simi heating. My prior HVAV systems did not last but a couple of years each. Right from the start , the men that came out were professional , friendly and took their time to explain everything. I only have great and amazing things to say about Craig and Anthony. The quality of the HVAC that I was sold is amazing. Anthony is always prepared to come out anytime that I need him. He came out at 7:00 in the evening because I told him the unit wasn't working. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the system.
