• John and Abdul were great! Very informative and knowledgeable about everything they were doing. The mini splits work and everything, although out of the 3, only 2 were the same. However, they didn’t do a very good job of securing the pipe coverings on the outside of the house. They made mistakes that they are leaving for someone to come and do the patchwork for, who they said would call me to set up a time to come out and fix the mistakes, which has not happened yet. Also, they should have put putty around all the openings and make it so that everything had a seal so no weather or bugs can get into the system. The previous homeowner went thru this same program for the back unit of this house, and they did a much better job than these two. The didn’t even fully secure the condenser unit. I’m a little frustrated and will be calling to have someone redo it before the inspection of their work happens. At the same time as the mini splits were being installed, Osmar installed a new water heater, which wound up being larger than everyone thought which was a little weird, and he had to cut around the cabinet to make room to fit the new water heater. I did NOT have hot water when he left for the day on 9/8. It came on in the morning, but as of Saturday 9/12, I have no hot water again. I hate this happened on a weekend.

• I rarely write reviews but made this exception to praise Genesis Castillo and Abdul. They were superb in installing my heat pump water heater. They communicated with me every step of the way. They were friendly and professional. They exceeded my expectation. An example of them going above and beyond is how they mounted foam from the water heater to the concrete wall to detin any noise/vibration that may result from the water heater. When their work was complete they left the area clean and Genesis thoroughly explained the operation modes. He was super patient by answering all my questions. • I wish I could give them a better review because I could tell some of these guys really wanted to do a good job. They installed a new heater/AC unit. They left a mess in each room with debris all over furniture and floor. Sticking residue all over the kitchen floor. They left the return loose. The install of the wire outside was done loose too, with the wrong fasters. It looked amateur. They damaged the exterior. Broke a screen. They left my water hose pressurized resulting in it expanding and squirting water everywhere. The worse part was the dent and gouge left on my kitchen floor when they dropped the old unit. After attempting to contact them several times, a manager finally came over to see all the damages. Someone came to clean the residue on the floor, tightened the return, used the proper fasiners to straighten the wire, and fixed the screen. They also gave me a new water hose. However, they did nothing to address the missing wood and paint on the exterior. They attempted to fill in the gap on my floor, but it doesn't look very good at all. I learned that they consider the issue resolved. It's not! A manager should have reached out and examined the end product and determine what else could be done. I appreciate the attempt, but now my 2 year old flooring is permanently damaged because of this company. I even got video footage of them damaging the screen and throwing materials on it. The employee couldn't care less about my property and the poor quality work he performed. He has since left, but the damaged still exist. I would be more forgiving if they were honest about the damages and if it wasn't so difficult to get things addressed. It has been 4 months and still they haven't given me the documentation required to get my permit closed with the city. This is poor service at several levels.
