⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chris Buethe at Delta Sierra Mechanical provides outstanding service I now understand why Delta Sierra Mechanical has 1,400+ reviews with nearly five stars. I had an excellent experience with Chris Buethe, and I highly recommend requesting him if you want an HVAC professional you can trust. I have a newer 2-ton Rheem rooftop unit that required a crane to install and is a very expensive investment to replace. On a 100+ degree day, my AC suddenly stopped cooling. I submitted a service request Saturday night, and I was genuinely impressed when Chris showed up first thing Sunday morning. Within about two minutes of arriving, Chris diagnosed the problem: the capacitor had failed. He happened to have the correct replacement part on his truck, installed it, and my AC was immediately blowing cold air again. What could have turned into a very expensive and stressful repair was handled quickly and professionally. What impressed me just as much as his technical expertise was Chris's honesty. He did not try to sell me unnecessary parts or convince me that I needed an expensive repair when I didn't. He took the time to explain what was happening and fixed the actual problem. That experience gave me enough confidence in Delta Sierra Mechanical that I signed up for their Gold Membership. When you've invested a significant amount of money in an HVAC system—especially a rooftop unit that is expensive and difficult to replace—I think the preventative maintenance and peace of mind are absolutely worth it. I also really like Delta Sierra Mechanical's System Performance Reports, which clearly show whether your system is operating in the green, needs future attention in the yellow, or has an issue that needs to be addressed now in the red. That's a much better approach than waiting for something to fail during the hottest or coldest part of the year. Living in San Joaquin County, where we're constantly dealing with extreme heat and cold, your HVAC system gets a workout. Keeping it properly maintained is important. Chris has definitely earned my trust, and I will be requesting him for my spring and fall HVAC checkups going forward. If you need an HVAC repairman who is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and doesn't look for opportunities to upcharge you, I highly recommend Chris Buethe at Delta Sierra Mechanical. Ask for Chris—you'll be glad you did!

David is an excellent, professional, and very knowledgeable technician. He was thorough and patient, and he took the time to explain exactly what was going on at every step of the process. It’s hard to find honest, high-quality service these days, but David was spot on. He checked the entire system to make sure that everything was installed, set up correctly, and functioning properly. He even went above and beyond his assignment for that day. He didn't leave until he fixed all the issues. David worked hard on my New AC system and made sure it was running perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated his professionalism and excellent work ethic. Mike, the owner, was very supportive of David and ensured everything was taken care of. DSM took a lot of care in making sure ny AC was fixed. The technicians were professional and polite as well as informative with what they had to do and why. Would use them again. My home insurance took care of the cost, for how important this job was for me, the cost 200$, for 3 visits to diagnose the strange problem was worth it.
