So bad! Diagnosed, had to order a part…scheduled to fix AC two days later. Showed up on a Friday, left at 10am to “go get another part” and never came back. Called the office multiple times and they said they “had no information from the technician”. So irresponsible and terrible customer service. Now we wait yet another weekend with no AC. Do not let American Home Shield refer you to this company.

I've been trying to figure out the issue with my AC system since I moved into my apartment 2 years ago it's been "fixed" per what the maintenance man said Nick from climate control came in and minutes later knew exactly what was going on and figured out the issue right away! 2 years I've been dealing with a crappy Central AC unit paying loads of money in PG&e all for this issue to be fixed within an hour I highly recommend this ac service Nick figured out that my duct wasn't connected to my vent and I've just been blowing air to the attic for almost 2 years and also my unit closet was clogged with loads of lint and animal hair as if it wasn't cleaned before I ever moved here 😤 I will definitely call this AC business anytime I need help with my AC unit

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. 24 days without AC, first technician LIED about what was wrong, and now they are avoiding my phone calls. PATHETIC excuse for a company. Would not recommend
