I called for fall service for my fireplace insert. Received a discount for scheduling in September plus they showed up the day after my call. These guys are the best. They check everything and pull it all apart to clean it thoroughly. They are very polite and can answer all my questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

EconoAir installed an entire new HVAC unit for us about 5 years ago and was a pleasure to work with. They saved us so much money over a few other companies that were operating a scam. They were honest and didn’t try to sell us a system that we didn’t need for our small house. They perform maintenance on our unit twice a year and we are very pleased with their service. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.

Had to replace my unit and after taking five estimates, I decided to go with Econo Air I spoke with Greg. I got a fantastic price for the unit and install. The fabrication shop came out to measure first I wish I could remember the young man’s name he was very pleasant, then the following day Arturo, Juan and Jason came out to do the install with attention to Every detail. The American standard platinum unit is so quiet and works wonderful. A big Thank You to Greg And his workers for taking good care of me I couldn’t be happier.

Thanks to Greg, Art, Hugo and the team from Econo Air. After multiple bids and offers from other HVAC teams I felt Gary and Greg were straight shooters and carefully put together a 4 ton system that works perfectly. The work was completed in a timely manner. This American Standard HVAC system was not the cheapest system I received however, we felt honesty and quality of work Far outweighed cheap prices. AC wasn’t cooling and I contacted Econo Air because you they are a local business. I was told the tech would arrive between 1:00 to 5:00, he got here at 11:00! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The tech had the part in his truck and in less than 45 minutes the problem was fixed. The tech also offered some tips in best way to run the AC. I highly recommend Econo Air! Thank you 😊

The staff was very friendly and well knowledged. The service department was very understanding of my needs and concerns. The manager and technicians worked very had to fix the ac as quickly as possible, which I was very grateful for. They also didn’t charge me labor since it was the third time I needed repair done, and the motor had just been replaced the week before. .

Hugo came out quickly and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. The unit is older and he did let me know that it may be at the end of the life span, but he was honest that the part he replaced should give us some time to make a decision.

We bought a high-end AC unit from Econ-air in 2006 and it's running great in 2020. We also bought a fireplace insert from Econ-air in the fall of 2019 and could not be happier. But the real issue in my mind is how we were treated, and how the service calls were done and so forth. Just today, Martin came out and did our annual AC unit service and he was respectful, he answered all my questions and was polite and very professional. Over the years I've used other AC/heater companies for service, and they all did fine, yet Econ-air has an approach that is somehow both respectful and trustworthy and it stands out among the others. Bottomline is that I highly recommend Econo-Air when you need ac/heating and even fireplace inserts. Good people, fair pricing and excellent service!
