• If I could give Alfonso and his team more than five stars I would! I’m so thankful my sister referred us to this family own business Optimal Heating & Air. She swore Alfonso was the best & she was right! Out of all the companies we called for quotes, their team was the most caring, honest & genuine. We never felt pressured nor felt like we were being taken advantage of. My mom & grandma have always had a swamp cooler on their home & never thought of having a HVAC but their swamp cooler had been going out every year for the last 5 years which was frustrating. My grandma is home all day & receives SSI, so the cost of a HVAC was a big concern. Alfonso offered them financing through Wells Fargo based on credit & he made the whole process easy & we found a payment plan that worked us. He made something she never thought she could afford actually possible. Alfonso and his team went above & beyond for my mom. They removed the old swamp cooler & all the wood around it, arranged for a roofer to come out & properly seal the roof, completed the ductwork, & helped with removing her old wall heater. They worked so hard to get everything finished quickly so she could start using her new HVAC. What really stood out was how much Alfonso &his team truly care about us. He didn’t treat my mom & grandma like just another job or another sale but instead treated her like family & made sure she was comfortable with everything from beginning to end. It’s hard to find this kind of honesty & customer service, especially from bigger companies that sometimes make you feel like another number & they only care about your money. You can tell this company takes pride in their work & they truly care about the people they help. If you’re getting quotes for heating or air conditioning, call Optimal Heating & Air FIRST. Alfonso and his team did not disappoint, & my family is BEYOND grateful for everything they did for my mom & grandma. I would recommend them to everyone from now on.
