I recently had an issue with my AC, and from the beginning, the service was outstanding. Alexander the technician was extremely honest and thorough. He explained exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and why, without trying to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs. He replaced the capacitor with a Turbo 200X, tested the entire system afterward, and performed maintenance on the AC to make sure everything was operating properly. The price was very fair, which included the diagnosis/service call, installation, testing, maintenance, and a 5-year company warranty on the repair. What really impressed me was the level of transparency—no pun intended! 😂 He even sent me an email afterward with detailed pictures and videos documenting the work he performed. I really appreciated being able to see exactly what was done and having everything explained so clearly. The service was efficient, professional, and honest from start to finish. In an industry where it can sometimes be difficult to know who you can trust, Transparency absolutely earned my trust and my 5-star review. • Outstanding service, honest pricing, and true transparency! I can't say enough good things about Transparency Home Services and Alex, the owner. We were dealing with a horrible AC situation during a heat wave when temperatures were over 100 degrees, and we desperately needed help. I messaged Alex at 7:00 a.m., and I was honestly amazed when he showed up just an hour later, between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. He was extremely cordial, kind, professional, and consistent throughout the entire process. The diagnostic was only $50, and Alex explained that the diagnostic fee would go toward the eventual repair. I really appreciated that because everything was explained upfront no surprises, no pressure, and no games. He was completely transparent about what was going on with our AC system, what needed to be done, and the finances involved. He even worked with us to help make the repair financially manageable. Alex clearly knows his work, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Every single worker he brought in was fantastic as well. They were professional, respectful, and knew exactly what they were doing. What really impressed me was how quickly they got everything done. Alex came back around 4:00 p.m., brought his guys in, and they had the job completely finished by 8:00 p.m a job that we were expecting to take around 10 hours was completed in just 4 hours! On top of that they cleaned up after all the dirt and dust was collected from our previous bust of an air conditioner. Most importantly, our AC works! After suffering through 100+ degree weather with a terrible AC system, being able to come home and actually cool down is something I'm incredibly grateful for. If you're looking for an HVAC/home service company that is responsive, honest, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and truly transparent, I highly recommend Transparency Home Services. Alex and his crew went above and beyond for us, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

However, they did reach out the next day and apologize for the inconvenience and offered to do the service for free. I had already contacted a different company so they paid me the invoice from the other company and offered me another free service on my new address. • Extremely bad experience with Alex. Only thing good was he came in 1 hour as he said he lives in the same zip code. Anyway AC fan was on and off with huming sounds. He said it will cost me 400$. He needs to fix the wiring. I said ok. I came after some time then he said he fixed the wiring but there was something wrong with wires and now the fan motor is short and needs to br replaced. I am a non technical person so I said that's fine. He said I am in luck as he has the fan motor in the truck.It will cost me 700$. I was skeptical about the price but he said I can buy it myself and it will cost me more than 2000$. That was a good point so I said yes. I came into the house and checked on line the fan motor he is putting in. Made in India. Price was 95 to 110$. Range at other places were up to 200$. So I came back and very politely told him that the online price is rather cheaper. He got angry right away and said he is not doing ant whealing dealing and his prices are fixed. He will take his 400$ and leave right away. I said checking the price is online is my fault it seems. And yes I will pay him 400$ for whatever he has done. He said to call him back as I am not going to get it done cheaply. I said ok. He let the AC unit open with fan motor out and left. I called another guy Ray from Le Vernon Air conditioning. He came. Listened to my story and said he does not have the motor but he will go and buy it. He came after 40 minutes. Put the new motor in with new capacitor. Put some 1 to 2 hours of work. Called me when the work was finished. We have not taked about pricing yet. He just asked 250$ for motor, capacitor and his services on weekend at 6PM from me. I was so happy that I have given him 300$. Transparency guy Alex took 400$ from me. I would highly recommend Ray and warn about Transparency. They are a complete rip off and I sincerely believe their reviews are mostly not true.
