• As a female home owner, I highly recommend American Dream Services. They are rockstars. My Ac started acting up at 11pm Monday night, called them as their number was listed as 24 hour. They scheduled us for 2 days which is understandable. Tuesday morning, my AC was ok. I wanted it looked at anyway, but didn’t seam to be an emergency any more. Talked to them again and rescheduled for Saturday. Tuesday night it started acting up again. Called them again. And they were able to squeeze us in Wednesday. Ricky was able to come earlier than scheduled and was very professional. He got right to work, as soon as he got up to the AC, our fan died! Perfect timing. He was able to diagnose the issue, give me a quote and got get the parts. He answered all my questions in a way that was understandable. As a female, I get nervous sometimes with service calls. Are they going to talk down to me, treat me like Im just a dumb girl, brush off my concerns, Ricky did none of that! Very professional and took time in the stupid heat to listen to my questions and answer them. We Will be getting their service plan too.
