We've used oasis for a couple of years and they have always been very professional. I appreciate the way they contact us to let us know who our servicemen are and they're arrival updates. Pricing is reasonable and I always get an itemized list before work is done. I just had a major replacement of my wireless zoning system and they did a very thorough assessment before doing work. I would recommend them.

I have been using Oasis for seven years to maintain my AC and heating, and they have consistently earned my trust. When my 14-year-old system needed to be replaced, their technician Cruz (who usually services my system) along with Keyshawn, did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue accurately and thoroughly. When it came time to replace the unit, I gathered quotes from three different HVAC companies. Oasis came in with the best price, but the real deciding factor was their unbeatable 10-year parts and labor warranty, which even includes refrigerant. That level of coverage, combined with our existing relationship, made choosing Oasis an easy decision. My salesperson, Daniel, was phenomenal from start to finish. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and he was always prompt, knowledgeable, and completely transparent. He presented three solid options without pressure. I chose the top-tier variable-speed system, and the difference is night and day. Our old single-stage unit ran either 0% or 100% and kicked on with a loud clank that woke me up almost every night and this new system is whisper quiet. Best of all, it has cut our energy consumption by roughly 500 kWh from July to August compared to the same period last year. Daniel also stayed involved after the install, working closely with me on rebalancing the airflow to make sure every room in the house was balanced and comfortable. The installation crew was Brian, Marcus, Juan, and Nathan. They were also outstanding. They arrived on time, worked with total professionalism, treated my home with care, and left everything spotless when they finished. To top it off, their customer service and billing integrity are top-notch. I had paid for an annual maintenance plan just a couple of months prior to replacing the unit. Because the new installation includes a complimentary year of maintenance, I spoke with Jessica in the office, who confirmed their system handles the complimentary year automatically, so I will not be billed again until 2028. Oasis is a first-class company run by honest, skilled professionals who genuinely care about their customers. I could not be happier with the end result, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement.
