CMK Heating and Cooling is a family business, solely owned and operated by husband and wife Co-Owners/Founders Chris and Lauren. Frustrated by the lack of customer service with other companies, Chris and Lauren went on a mission to bring forth a company who prides itself on fairness, quality, and professionalism that simply is not out there any more. Chris is 3rd generation in the HVAC industry and has over 25 years of experience working in and running every level of the field, offering insights and competence that is rarely found in ownership and leadership today. Lauren took her multiple business degrees from ASU and domination of the corporate world to create the exceptional standards and customer service that CMK is known for.

I previously had this company install my brand new AC and they did a great job so I reached back out to them when I needed to have duct work done. It should have been a simple job. I just needed to have one flex duct replaced and they couldn't provide me with a quote. Over the past week and a half, I made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails and kept getting told they would like someone else know and they would reach back out to me. I still haven't received a phone call, text message or email from them.

This was my second time utilizing the services of CMK Heating and Cooling. The technician, Conner, was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. I felt the services provided were done correctly and the information/explanation was good. The customer service was above and beyond. Very reasonable prices and I would recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. Also, as a minor note, but worth mentioning the window of arrival was 1 hour and the technician arrived at the start of that vs others with 2-4 hour windows. It was very convenient.

Today I had an outstanding experience with Eric from CMK Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service.
