• You know the feeling when your heat shuts down and the whole house is ice-cold. I called Jag and within a few minutes, he showed up. He ran some tests and figured the board was malfunctioning. Because it was evening and he didn’t want to leave the house in the cold situation overnight, he worked on it till it temporarily started blowing heat. Though Jag told me he doesn’t know how long it’ll last before it shuts off, but it actually held on till Jag brought in the parts (electrical board) the next day and fixed the problem.
