• Air went out last night. 7 am I was on the phone with controlled comfort and had a tech at my house by 1130 am. The work was done quickly, professionally and wasn't too bad on the bill. • We’ve had ongoing problems with our HVAC system not cooling upstairs and downstairs even close to evenly and the company who sold us the unit hasn’t properly diagnosed or fixed it. So I saw Complete Comfort on line and read numerous positive reviews as well as what repairs and maintenance they do and various diagnostics. Seemed like a great company for what we needed. I called and they could get a tech out inside 24 hours (was next day after I called late one afternoon). Jake came out and walked the house and checked the layout and cool air returns and variances and immediately knew what to look for. He found one of the digital or electronic dampers not functioning properly and set it to open air flow to entire house and checked other three as well. So 3 of the four are not working / are needing replaced and they’re coming back to replace those quickly and they’ve even recommended a different brand than the ones we’ve had (a big name brand that they are seeing numerous problems with). I’ve left the name of both the HVAC company we’ve used as well as the manufacturer of the dampers off this review so as not to be disparaging. But all I can say is that Jake got right to the problem and didn’t force me to buy all four new. I asked for options. He gave me quotes to replace one or four as the system would have worked fine with just the one replaced right now. I like to have everything working optimally. That’s what his recommendation would be but he gave me what would fix the main problem for now as an option too. Great to work with techs and a company that is highly competent and professional as well as trustworthy and honest. No upsells in an industry that can at times do that. Highly recommend them !! I also understand the owner Jeff has been in the industry since 23 and still goes out on both installation calls as well as service / repair calls to help his team and the customers. And he runs the business and financials as well. He obviously has also trained his people well as Jake is just two years there and seemed like a long term veteran. The office staff (Kim and Kathy) were both exceptional to work with I. Schedule and the follow up schedule and the billing .

They recently replaced our entire air conditioner and furnace, and the experience from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. • During the heatwave of the summer, our AC unit was not keeping up. We worried it was going out as the temperatures were climbing and peaking for the week. We called Complete Comfort and they were so kind and sent out DJ out promptly to check out the unit. He cleaned it out, checked it over and assured us that unit was going to make it! And it did, it survived the heatwave. They followed up later in the day via text to make sure all was going well. They were so helpful and assured us that with a few small repairs our unit definitely had life left in it to run. DJ returned a week later to make the repair and we enrolled in their yearly check up plans for both heating and air. We can't say enough about the fantastic customer service from the first phone call to the office, the follow up text messages, to the professionalism of the the technician DJ that completed the repairs. • I can’t recommend Complete Comfort enough. We had another HVAC company come to our home, and after barely evaluating our system, they told us our heat pump was beyond repair and that we needed a complete replacement for around $16,000. We repeatedly asked them to simply check the system and verify the refrigerant pressures, but they insisted the unit was “fried.” Wanting a second opinion, we called Complete Comfort after my father-in-law recommended Jeff. He came out the very next morning—even on a Saturday—with a great attitude and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the system. Instead of trying to sell us a new unit, Jeff carefully explained what had actually happened. Our system had frozen up because I had set the thermostat too low during extreme heat. The unit wasn’t low on refrigerant and didn’t need to be replaced. He walked us through everything, showed us the readings, and explained it in a way that made complete sense. Jeff’s honesty and expertise saved us thousands of dollars. When the time does come to replace our HVAC system, there’s no question who we’ll be calling. • Three technicians were dispatched to install Rheem furnace and A/C. They did a great job, especially given the tight space for the furnace. Very professional. Everything cleaned up. Later in the evening, I was outside and heard a wobbling sound from the A/C unit. They came out the next day and corrected the fitting of a side panel. All good. Including the person who came out earlier this month to estimate the job, I'd recommend this company. If an HVAC company does not have to advertise and is successful, that says a lot.

I received a text at 7:27 to say they would have someone here between 8 and noon, and DJ was here at 9:15. Within a few hours, he replaced the motor and capacitor, serviced the complete system, and made a few additional necessary repairs based on the system checkup. • My heat pump shut down unexpectedly. today during the hottest time of the day.
