  • I contacted Hans Heat and Air service to get a second opinion on preventative maitenance that was done on my furnace before the cold weather season starts. The previous company which performed the pre-season check informed me the motor needed to be replaced, then quickly contacted the a sales manager who worked to upsale me on a new furnace system. A good friend asked me to call Hans, a Hans service Tech arrived and performed a thorough review and found no mechanical deficienceis, no out of specification readings, mechanical degradations or anamolies. He mentioned the furnace, motors, swithes, burners and housing were working properly and were in excellent condition. I am glad I got a second opinion. It saved me from buying a new system that I did not need. I will be doing business with Hans going in the future. Brad the Hans HVAC Technjcian did a good job. I recommend them, they are honest and exceptionally skilled.

  • Brad and the team at Hans Heating did a fantastic job of taking care of my AC issue this morning. I used the website last night to request service and they called me at 8am this morning to let me know that I was on the waitlist. A few hours later, they were at my house. Brad had diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor and dirty coils outside) and taken care of the issues in short order. We’re cooling down now. Thanks, Brad! Excellent work!
