We can not begin to recommend Skradski Heating and Cooling enough. On a very hot Saturday of over 100 degrees they were able to come to our home. Keep in mind we were not customers and had never used them before. They treated us as if we were life long customers. The phone operator was extremely kind and very communicative. They returned our initial message very promptly and they called us to let us know exactly when they were coming. We also received a text message with a picture of our technician and his exact ETA. Giovanni was so kind despite being outside on such a hot day and on a Saturday . He explained everything to us and was trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional and so proficient . We will never use anyone else and only wish we had switched to them many years ago. We can not recommend Skradski Heating and Cooling enough. They are absolutely the VERY BEST!!!! We used Skradski again today! Giovani and Skradski’s are just incredible! Outstanding communication Excellent service Trustworthy and transparent Efficient Personable Knowledgeable They make their customers feel like family.

From the moment they arrived, both were on time, personable, polite, professional, and extremely respectful of our home. Mario was clearly the lead technician, and his communication throughout the installation was excellent. Grant reflected that same level of professionalism and attention to detail. They did an outstanding job installing our new furnace, air conditioner, whole-house humidifier, and thermostat. They took the time to make sure everything was done properly, answered our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the finished installation. What impressed us most was that they never made us feel rushed. They were clearly focused on doing the job right and leaving us confident in our new system. We chose Skradski because we were comfortable with the company and their reputation, and after this experience, we feel even better about that decision. Outstanding service again! We had 2 installers out today- Mario & Grant for a Furnace replacement. Yes, we just had an AC replacement this year as well and have been so pleased with Skradski, we went back! The technicians were very polite, provided clear communication throughout the entire process and were very professional. Still a very happy customer with this company. Zach headed up our HVAC replacement. Each time they communicated well, showed up on time and were very professional. During the estimate we were told how to fix the problems instead of all the things wrong. We couldn’t be happier as the process was seamless. On a side note we had an emergency happen during the install with our mom and they made sure the house was locked up and called us to confirm. 100% will use again for the other side of our mom’s duplex and hands down have no problems recommending this company.

We had an excellent experience with technician Michael E. from Skradski Heating and Cooling. He arrived on time and quickly investigated why our central air conditioning unit was short cycling. Michael conducted a thorough inspection, testing each part of the system to assess the issue. Once he identified the problem, he adjusted the coolant to the proper level and advised us on measures we could take ourselves. Throughout the entire service call, Austin was courteous and professional, qualities that reflect highly on Skradski Heating and Cooling. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received.

He wrote down everything we needed to address and everything he did (super helpful for me to reference when needed). The price for A/C maintenance is under $200. We signed up for yearly maintenance for both A/C and HVAC and it’s under $300.
