A1 has always taken care of our HVAC. They are thorough, knowledgeable, accommodating and take great pride in their work. Gavin, Austin C, Chris B and Kevin S took great care of us and our installation. Joseph identified our issue during his maintenance visit and STAN was helpful & knowledgeable about our options and made sure we felt good about our final decision in purchasing our new system. This did not need to be a traumatic and financially debilitating situation to deal with. Stan helped us decide to on a better efficient system that we were comfortable with. I will always recommend A1. THANK YOU ALL.

Our team today, Chris B, Austin C and Gavin were top notch professional. Everything is back where it was when they arrived this morning except much more efficient! Nice new furnace and AC. Kevin Cave performed excellent service during his work on our furnace and humidifier yearly check via a maintenance agreement. Kevin was informative and provided a couple tips on maintaining system. Joseph E was very patient with my questions related to a smell suspected of coming from inside our HVAC unit inside. He located a nasty dirty drain line and cleaned it out. Also, he inspected the blower fan area and showed me the pan under the AC condenser coil and both were clean. I really appreciated the thorough service.

From the initial sales process with Ben, through installation and cleanup, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Jim Feder came out to bid the job and took the time to thoroughly educate me on all my options. His guidance made the decision easy and gave me total confidence moving forward. Sean Zornes and Kevin Young handled the installation, and their work was exceptional. They removed my 27-year-old, 80% efficiency furnace and installed a new 97% efficient unit with a variable speed motor. The installation was clean, efficient, and done with great care. What really impressed me is that after the installation, A-1 United sends another technician out to confirm everything is functioning properly and to make sure the customer is fully satisfied. That extra step truly sets them apart. Highly recommend A-1 United for anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable, and reliable service!
