  • Service and communication were great. Unfortunately, my AC went out on Sunday evening. The earliest appointment was for Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday afternoon, due to car troubles, it got rescheduled to Wednesday afternoon.

  • I strongly recommend Michael (the owner) and his crew for any commercial HVAC needs. Their service was extremely prompt and friendly, and communication was outstanding—they always provided clear, detailed explanations of the problem and possible solutions. Michael took great care to isolate the core issue. In one extreme case, he offered a solution that saved the unit when many others would have simply given up and declared the compressor beyond repair. His mechanical skills are truly outstanding. Definitely call Comfort Advisors for all of your residential and commercial HVAC needs!

  • It was difficult to make contact regarding the followup repair after the initial service call. When he did come it was a quick repair however he "forgot" to include the filter for the humidifier we had requested so that was not done nor was a solution offered so that was disappointing.
