We had an issue with our air conditioner, and Ideal Heating and Air Conditioning sent Taiven Stang out within an hour. He was very courteous and found the problem right away—a loose wire near the capacitor on the outside unit. He fixed it quickly, and since it was such a minor issue, Ideal Heating and Air Conditioning took care of it as a courtesy and didn’t charge us. We really appreciated how fast, honest, and helpful Taiven was.

If i couls give them a 0 i would!!!! This is the worst company I have worked with. They called set an emergency appointment to fix my AC and when the time come for them to show up they stopped talking and did not even show up. One of the worst company dont use them at all. Go with anyone besides them.

The ac went out on an extremely hot and humid day. I spoke with Ideal around 10 am and a technician was at my house by 3:30. The technician was friendly, professional and fixed the problem without trying to sell me a new unit ( the ac is 24 years old). I appreciate that. Unrelated to the ac, I am remodeling my basement. The hvac ducts had to be updated and more added. They took the time to go over everything that would be done and answered my questions. The crew was professional and did not leave a mess behind. All the guys appeared to enjoy working with each other. It was a pleasure to hear them chatting and joking with each other throughout the day as they worked. Happy employees means conscientious workers.
