Was more than on time and was respectful before coming in - putting booties on over his shoes. Even my own husband doesn’t do that after a day out in the fields! Great customer service and smooth maintenance…no surprises. Been with Titanium for many years now and have never felt the need to look elsewhere.

Exceptional experience with top-notch knowledge and professionalism. Our brand new HVAC system failed on several occasions and the original installer was unable to fix it. Kevin identified multiple problems and proposed appropriate remedies to the ducting and mechanical units. Following Titanium’s work, our HVAC has performed flawlessly. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a great experience. Was having heat issues on our 2nd floor. Kevin came out and looked over the whole vent system and adjusted dampers for us. They found gaps in our vents from a renovation that was not closed off and came out two days later to fix. Very reasonable price and great people!
