  • David was amazing. Ac broke the night before. David called and texted the next morning early around 7am and had me on the books for a 8am appt. he was fast and great. wonderful job and didn't break the bank. he was tremendously good help. especially on weekend and holiday weekend at that. with 104 temps. thank you so much David. you have our long time business.

  • Great service, my a/c wasn’t working and he came to look at it, all it was, was a burnt up wire in the A/c and he fixed completely free. Very nice guy, tried to pay him some money anyways and he turned it down. I highly recommend this company’s services

  • Absolutely terrible experience. This is by far one of the most unprofessional HVAC companies I have ever dealt with. The communication was awful, the customer service was nonexistent, and the level of disrespect shown throughout the process was unacceptable. Every interaction felt confrontational, and instead of trying to resolve concerns, the staff was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. The company showed little regard for customer satisfaction and seemed more interested in making excuses than providing solutions. Calls and questions were met with attitude, and there was no accountability when issues were brought to their attention. Professionalism, honesty, and respect are the bare minimum when dealing with customers, and this company failed on all three. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for HVAC services. There are plenty of reputable companies that value their customers and know how to conduct business professionally. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

  • David came to my house to fix my furnace... Had to call him again because the problem wasn't fixed. He gave you 30 day warranty. Then he want to charge me again just to come back out for the same problem. He said he's very professional.But the problem should be fixed the first time. I have talked to him the second time. He's starting getting rude,talking over me he just talks too fast.Won't let you get a word in. Just talk too fast and too much won't listen to his customer. I will never advise anyone to go to him.

  • We’ve had A Quick Fix Heating and Air help us out a few times now and honestly it has been nothing but wonderful experiences. Dave is super thorough, super honest, and actually shows you what’s going on instead of just tossing around jargon and a bill. He takes the time to explain things, points out what’s urgent vs. what can wait, and provides a very detailed diagnostic sheet so we have a really good idea of what's going on with the unit. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares that your system runs right. I cannot recommend him enough!

  • I decided to search for furnace maintenance on Nextdoor, need to get ready for winter. A Quick Fix was the first one that came up. After reading the business profile and all the reviews, I thought this was a no brainier. I was so right!!! Within two minutes of my email, I received a call from David. He said he could get me in same day. He showed up right on time, checked everything on the furnace, and explained to me everything that he was doing. He said the only thing it needed, was cleaned. He even took some money off because it wasn’t that dirty! . David was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and courteous. I will be recommending him to everybody!
