Official Services came recommended to us from a friend when one of our older A/C units died at the beginning of this spring. Every step of the process was handed professionally., not to mention it was at a great price. The biggest compliment that I can give to the company though came through a mistake that was made and how it was handled. One of the installers drilled through the facing of one of our composite deck boards not realizing what he had one. My wife pointed it out to him and informed me what had had happened. Before I had a chance to address the situation with the owner, the owner called me and told me what happened and offered to pay for the damage. You can ask for anything more out of a company.
