I called for a diagnostics check on my central AC unit. The company my warranty company company promised to send out had not shown in 3 weeks! So I called a reputable private company that I trust to check it out. They determined there were leaks in my unit.( (you) The warranty company’s HVAC service company came in directly after and everything was in fine working order according per that company and they followed with that the company before them must have fixed it !(Cool Breeze) I corrected them on that and am using window units at this time. Michael did a great job! I canceled my contract with that company and hired a better known company with no age restrictions on my equipment. It will take 30 days to go into effect and I will use whoever that they tell me too.I’m hoping for a better outcome in the end.

Cool Breeze was very responsive and quick to come out and check the issue I was having as well as do a maintenance check on my two units. They found multiple issues some of which I was aware of and some not as much having only recently moved into the house. I don't feel like they were exaggerating anything just trying to sell me new units. Generally I would say that they do solid work and are a pleasure to work with.

I called to get my vents in the entire house cleaned. I’ve lived in it for 34 years and never had this done. I called and Will came that same afternoon to give me a free estimate. The process is done by vacuuming debris into their van. It took most all day. The company was quick to respond , everyone friendly and I’m glad I did it. I would recommend this company.

I have zero complaints about their work and they leave the place as clean as when they found it. They even picked up a piece of insulation lint that dropped onto the yard from their clothing.

8-19-26 Had Cool Breeze check ductwork today since we are seeing mold and dust caked on decor in the dining room and kitchen a year after sanitizing our ductwork. Today we were told it is not the ducts but the walls from our house and it was suggested we need a dehumidifier. This wasn't mentioned last year. So more work improvements in our future. I'll need to get a quote from CoolBreeze on installing a dehumidifer. We had our ductwork sanitized and cleaned by Cool Breeze. It was way past due and desperately needed. We are happy with the results as the house is less musty smelling and I am no longer seeing mold and dust collect on walls and furniture. I hope it last for quite a while as it was quite expensive; however, the service was excellent and technicians were very respectful.
