The people at Holland have always been courteous as Eric was today. I like to know details so they take the time to inform. When I’ve needed urgent service, I got it. Lamontey serviced 713 Rockford Circle and 813 Rockhurst Lane today. I really appreciate Lamontey and I appreciate HCS sending the same technician. I like having a technician who knows my system. Lamontey serviced 652 Rockhurst Drive today. He catches the little things that someone less attentive might miss. I spoke with Keely yesterday about putting different names on my 3 accounts. She listened thoughtfully and I’m confident she will address my desire to have my accounts completely separated. I love HCS. They treat me as if “The Customer is King”. What’s not to love.
