• Furnace motor quit no warning. Contacted coolflame and left a message. Response was fast. They had a tech out next morning tested confirmed the issue. While completing the repair tech noticed an issue showed me and explained what was going on. It was easy to see and that it was due to the age of my equipment. Their work is very neat and tidy, no sloppiness or corners cut. Cool flame was originally called in to install gas piping and hook up a new Rangetop. The job quickly expanded to new bbq gas pipe, AC repair, cold air returns, new venting and a thermostat wiring repair. All done without any setbacks to the renovation timetable. • Jeremy diagnosed the problem with my gas furnace quickly, then checked to be sure other related components were working properly. I suspected the vent motor may be failing, he tested that also, told me it was working properly. He easily could have, but he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, just replaced the one defective part which got the furnace working again. Friendly, courteous.
