• Called on Sat, had a quick conversation and was told someone would call on Monday ( we didn't feel the need for same day service). Monday received a call around 11am, was given a 2 hour window 2-4 when they would arrive (same day). Justin and Charlie were the techs that worked on our a/c. • Legacy Air has saved us again. 2 years ago on Christmas Eve our furnace stopped. We called another company and the closest they could do for us was 3 days without heat in the dead of winter. Legacy Air came to the rescue an hour later! Other companies had told us we needed a new furnace and it was not repairable. Legacy Air got our old furnace running for an additional two years. So when our furnace failed again we knew just who to call, Legacy Air! They had a team squeeze us in at the end of the day so that our two young babies wouldn't have to freeze overnight. Unfortunately, we needed a new furnace at last. They had a new furnace for us the very next morning. Can't believe what a difference a new furnace has made to our home. I had always assumed it took our house a long time to heat up due to the size. Nope, we just needed a team to fix our vents as well. We highly recommend Legacy Air!
