Their technician James came to my property to fix a valve. While the problem was not as straightforward or as easy as he and I had both hoped for, he was determined to get the job done. I can not thank him enough for fixing the valve and helping me get water back on. I would highly recommend going with this company.

Called them out to fix a leaky tub faucet. After barely looking around they made up some bs about how I needed a $20,000 job to replace all the pipes. My brother recommended a reputable plumber who later fixed the issue for $375. Borderline fraudulent and entirely untrustworthy. Nobody likes moving into a house they just bought and finding a burst main water line or shower draining troubles. Bad exsperiance,there tech kept trying to push me to replace entire water line instead of a simple repair. Told me the city had to locate lines even though no digging is required. Our thanks!____________________________________________________________ Updates: We had additional visits from Cornel's Technicians yesterday 9/28/26 and today 9/29/26 as part of their Signature Care Program which we signed up for -- for a nominal annual fee -- in April of this year via Brady. As part of this Program, we scheduled a water heater flush-out and servicing of a slow-draining sink. James P./Journeyman Plumber did an excellent job of explaining things, as well as advising us what not to do or use (should we be inclined to address a sink problem on our own). As part of this same Program, we scheduled a furnace tuned-up. Arturo/EPA-certified HVAC specialist did an excellent job of walking us through this maintenance tune-up, and sharing his findings. He also checked for carbon monoxide. In the course of this maintenance visit, Arturo found need for servicing which was substantiated via camera visuals; estimates were provided within minutes. We were pleased that he was able to tend to what was needed during this same visit. We remain solidly impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of Cornel's Technicians. Once again, five-stars and our thanks.
