Custom Assured started operations in 1998 and has grown over the years to come to reside in our current facility located on Independence Drive in Fort Wayne. We are a company that is big enough to offer an extensive lineup of services and products to meet any heating and cooling need you may have, yet small enough to offer you personal service. As our name implies we tailor jobs to meet the needs of our customers, whether they are residential, commercial, or new construction clients. Another great experience with Customer Assured Mechanical. They installed the original unit 24 years ago in my parent’s home and always provided great service. I have been with Custom Assured for 22 years, I have been very happy with their service. They show up twice a year for maintenance, any problems I have had in between they take care of in a timely fashion Last Winter I discovered at 10pm that my furnace was not working, I called the emergency no. and the tech had just walked in the door from another emergency job, he said he would come out but I told him we would be fine until morning. He was at my door bright and early and got everything fixed up. I would recommend them anytime.
