• This was my first dealing with them and I am very happy right now. My AC went out the previous day and Doc Dancer was able to respond that day. Actually Nate was even early and took the time to diagnose the problem which was more than likely my basement fridge popping the breaker. Also, Nate took a look at my unit which is in rough shape. His recommendation was to replace it and proceeded to give me his thoughts on each option. I took my pick and has been scheduled next week. Hopefully the install will go well. I had the system installed yesterday and I will say it went fantastic! The guys were VERY professional and when they were done you couldn't even tell they were there.

• My basement had a puddle of water in it while my husband was out of town. Since my husband usually handles the hvac stuff himself, I didn’t have a company to use so I randomly choose doc dancer based on reviews. I filled out the form on their website around midnight and to my surprise, they replied even that late at night! I called the next morning and they were at my house within 3 hours. • Our Air conditioning unit iced over during a heatwave... After shutting down the system the ice melted and caused the circuit board to fail from exposure to dripping water. A New circuit board was ordered and installed by the Doc Dancer service tech and we were soon back to cool air. Low freon was the cause of icing.
