Had a tech come out to take a look at our system (21yrs old). Was wanting to certify and clean unit. Tech very courteous and professional. Gave honest not pushy opinion on unit that fixes would likely not be worth it in such an old unit. Then gave a very reasonable estimate for new furnace. Very good experience.

Made an appt on Saturday for Monday. Planned my whole day around being here. Got a call Monday morning that they had an issue with their online booking system and would have to reschedule. I’m sorry, but that’s not my problem. If your system has the issue, you need to make it work. My experience then, is that you are unreliable and inconsiderate of my time.
