Have used D&A Heating and Air for years to support the HVAC needs of the commercial outfit I work for. Unfortunately they seem to be another company that's fallen prey to "cutting costs" by removing their scheduling and customer service reps in favor of AI call bots. The technology is broken and i'm tired of repeating myself just so some greedy owner can cut another workers salary. Won't be using them again

Had the whole system replaced. They were fast ,knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They took care of getting rebates from Excel for the new heatpump. They worked hard in some brutal heat with no complaints. Finished in one day, as they said they would.they were recommended by a friend and i am glad he did.

Would not hesitate to use D&A again. We shopped around to either fix or replace our AC. After having four different contractors give us estimates, D&A felt like the best value and with the least amount of ‘Let me talk to your husband when he gets home’. Noah explained everything is detail. Honest team. Quality work. Fairly priced. Noah, Austin, Caden were fantastic. They are an Xcel certified vendor and so they can do the heat pump rebates for you. We called D&A Heating & Air after another company failed to solve an issue with our AC. Austin and Noah took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, found a leak in a line that had been overlooked, and repaired it correctly. What impressed us most was the combination of expertise and honesty. They explained everything clearly, answered our questions, and focused on fixing the problem rather than trying to sell us a much larger job. That's becoming increasingly rare. Austin and Noah are professional, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work. They are also very pleasant to work with. If you're looking for an HVAC company, especially one that knows how to troubleshoot difficult problems and gives straightforward, trustworthy advice, I highly recommend D&A Heating & Air. They have earned our trust.

Noah was fantastic!! Unfortunately, the two separate day install process was too time consuming. You should have notified me that the humidifier was unavailable to you install on the day of the a/c install. Also, whomever kept texting me for the pickup of a payment and Angela’s constantly reminding me of needing to have a check ready was beyond ridiculous! An incomplete job should not require prepayment. All said, I would hire Noah because he was so professional and focused on completing the job, but it’s not likely I would recommend D&A because your scheduling was chaotic and your processes were harassing. You need to do better! D&A gets a 2star, but Noah scores a 5+
