• This company is great. My parents and my family have been using them regularly for years & years. I do need to take a moment in particular to thank Anthony Suau because of how responsive he was on a Sunday night! My a/c broke Sunday night, the night before a family funeral and services the next morning. With family in town and having everyone over the next day after the services, I was in a panic. I called Dade Super Cool and they called me back with in minutes. Then their tech Anthony called me and came over within the hour - it was around 7 pm, the house was getting really hot because we were out most of the day and did not discover the problem until we got home. He diagnosed the problem and fixed everything that evening so the A/C would be was working by the time he left. Two days later the part came that was needed to make the additional repairs and all was fixed. The repairs he made on Sunday night got me and the family through a very emotional time when we really needed to just be home and comfortable given the difficult day Monday would bring. And, he was kind enough to do some additional research on improvements for the system's efficiency on his own time and email me his recommendations. Highly recommend, very grateful to him and the company.

• Anthony responded the same day I called. My system was installed a few years ago by another company and since the beginning it clogged the drain pipe with a type of snot that we had never seen before. Anthony quickly cleared the clog and performed a general maintenance on the entire unit. He identified several leaks where hot humid air was intruding into the air handler in the garage. He also identified where the union between the air handler and duct work in the house was improperly sealed causing condensation to form in the unit. I was very happy with Anthony's work and expertise. Dade Super Cool will be my a/c company from now on. ***** Update ***** Dade Super Cool returned to fix the improperly installed air handling unit (AHU) the first week in March 2026. They disassembled and cleaned the AHU and serviced the compressor. Then they rebuilt the air return plenum where the AHU was placed. They removed the old air filter insert and replaced it with a filtered air return vent. Most importantly, they rebuilt the plenum from the AHU to the duct system ensuring there were NO leaks in the upper or lower plenums. They also cleaned and sealed all the ducts and vents. The difference was dramatic. The 2 rooms furthest from the AHU have always been warm but since the AHU rebuild they are much more comfortable. They fixed the cause of all the mold and our air conditioning system is working better than ever. Dade Super Cool and Anthony are the very best. I highly recommend them.
