First class business. Ken was prompt in answering the call and very accommodating. The overheating caused my furnace to run briefly and shut off. Ken knew this wasn't going to be a quick fix but sent Marvin out the next day. He didn't even charge him for a diagnosis. ?? Marvin was punctual and pleasant. He worked at the problem until he was satisfied. Ken and Marvin took care of my issue. I am very grateful. They provided me with a good warranty. It is clear that they have a customer-friendly business. Great people and a great company. You guys are awesome!

I'm honestly relieved after calling BreezeTech to look at my struggling AC. The last contractor left a mess and the unit kept rattling. Jim arrived on time, explained the weird wiring, and showed me each step before touching anything. Parts were available quick, and the price lined up with what he quoted me over the phone. Booking the visit took some emails, it wasnt hard but also not smooth. The worker named Terry arrive kind of on time, he looked equiped but a bit confuse first. He speak clear enough when explaning the problem however some terms left me guess. The fix got done after two try, nothing broken extra but also not faster than I expected. Payment part was fine though invoice had typo and I needed ask it again. Overall it did the job, not amazing, not terrible, so I feel ok.

Joe was found by reading reviews about local HVAC businesses. I wanted a few estimates on a replacement AC unit. The customer reviews were all 5 stars and it was easy to tell they were real. Our upstairs air conditioning unit was 18 years old, and while still working, it wasn't keeping up with the TX humidity in summer. Joe came out to perform a thourough examination of our unit. He listened to all of our concerns and answered our questions. He answered all questions, including those that came up following our appointment. He recommended additional vents that would help improve the airflow in a few of our rooms. Then he sent me an estimate with different options, with varying price points. Our family was able to select what they liked best. It was never a pressured sale. Bryant Evolution Variablespeed unit, which was a quantum leap over our old unit, is what we chose. Joe and the team arrived early morning and finished in mid-afternoon. This was what Joe predicted prior to our appointment. The team was great. They took care of the mess, explained to me how to operate my WIFI-enabled thermostat, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up after themselves. Joe even fixed some of the things that other companies had cheaply fixed on our downstairs unit before we found Joe. Joe did everything I asked for and made an appointment with the inspector the next morning to check out the new AC. I was submitting a rebate to our power company. Joe takes pride in the work he does, and tries to satisfy his clients. Joe is the best HVAC service provider in the area. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. The owner of this company is a friend of mine from church. I contacted them at 9am to report that my AC was not working. The lady answering the phone was extremely nice. She took all my details and made sure that a tech would be there 2 hours after calling. JaMikell, the technician who arrived with another gentleman was just as friendly. Both of them informed me about what they were working on. JaMikell was a dog lover, and he loved my dog while he was taking my payment. I was worried that I would have to pay someone to come and service my unit, because I'd heard horror stories. I couldn't have asked for better service!
