They also were very thorough and demonstrated competence in taking measurements and photo's to ensure replacement equipment fit and any necessary changes in duct work could be prepared and onsite for installation.

FAC installed a Carrier Infinity HVAC system. Jasper was a detailed sales consultant who was very helpful guiding us through the options (not to the most expensive). The installation team did an excellent job solving an obscure technical wrinkle programming the thermostat, tackling the problem as if they were working on their own homes. After-sale follow-up has been diligent to make the sure the system is working optimally.

FAC has been our HVAC contractor for 10 years through the maintenance of an existing Carrier system to the installation and maintenance of a new Carrier system a few years ago. In all cases they have been professional, responsive, highly competent and price competitive. They are well run and every tech is skilled, professional and personable. Most recently John S. diagnosed the cause of a minor noise to prevent a future problem and embodied all that we have come to expect from FAC. Updated 8/2026: FAC has continued to deliver outstanding service for us. Our current tech, Montrey, recently went above and beyond to get a blower motor replaced so we would have our AC back. We sincerely appreciate him and the entire FAC team.

Jon S. is very professional and polite. He can also maintain my first two floors’ old Goldman HAVC system. He showed me how to schedule the AC and heater during the day and night at different temperature range for different zones. The infinity user manual doesn’t have clear instructions to me. Jon finished two systems 3 thermometers maintenance in 90 minutes and cleaned up the working areas. We are very satisfied. Thanks Jon and his assistant.
