  • Unfortunately, my experience with Quality Refrigeration was far from satisfactory. I sought their help for two pressing issues: a freezer not reaching its required temperature and a sandwich prep fridge station that had begun leaking. After a first visit where they diagnosed the issues, my issues seemed to have been lost in their communication chain, necessitating multiple follow-ups on my part, but also the follow-up interventions provided were drastically below par. Despite their commitment to providing viable solutions for refrigeration issues, the freezer problem was never resolved. Furthermore, while the sandwich prep station did see a temporary halt in its leaking post-repair, the issue re-emerged shortly after, indicating a mere provisional solution rather than a comprehensive fix. Parts that were ordered were also never installed. This has inevitably hampered our operations and created unwarranted disruptions. I expected a significantly higher level of service quality and customer care, and am left utterly disappointed with the unfulfilled promises and unreliable repair work.

I've called several different appliance companies and I was redirected to another company stating they do not repair certain commercial appliances before I could even tell them what is actually wrong. Quality Refrigeration understood our needs, squeezed me into the schedule, and ensure I would be taken care of. The Technician Patrick was very knowledgable and experienced in his field. He took time to explain his findings and gave great suggestion on how to maintain each appliance.   • After a poor experience with Angi, I called Quality Refrigeration Services to service our cool box. It turned out it did not need Freon which "a professional" from Angi have diagnosed and suggested. It needed something entirely different.
