“Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this company. I scheduled an appointment well in advance for a complete HVAC installation. Just 2 days before the scheduled install date, they contacted me to state they could not order the equipment. They told me I would have to wait an additional 1 to 2 months, and they could not provide a definitive date for when the system would arrive. Canceling a confirmed installation at the absolute last minute with no clear resolution is unacceptable. It feels like my job was deprioritized. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a contractor who honors their scheduling commitments.”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Plumbing Service! I recently had Abend Plumbing install four new toilets in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. One thing I especially appreciated was that they provided two quotes—one for supplying the toilets and another for labor only if I purchased the toilets myself. In an economy where every penny counts, I appreciated having the option to price-shop and choose what worked best for my budget. There was no pressure to purchase anything. They simply gave me the facts, answered my questions, and let me make an informed decision. That kind of honesty and professionalism goes a long way. The technicians who completed the installation were personable, respectful, and professional. I happened to be teleworking from home on the day of the installation, and I was particularly impressed by how considerate they were. Even when they needed to use their electric tools in the hallway bathroom, they closed the door to minimize noise and avoid disturbing my work. It was a small gesture, but it really showed their thoughtfulness and respect for my home. The installation was completed efficiently and professionally, and everything looks and works great. I recently had Abend Services install a new Navien NPE S2 tankless water heater, along with a gas line and manifold upgrade, and once again they exceeded my expectations! From the initial estimate through the final installation, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Jessica in the office made scheduling and communication easy, and the installation team (Richard and John) was outstanding. They arrived on time, treated my home with respect, kept the work area clean, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. This was a very complex installation that included upgrading my home's gas distribution system, installing a new manifold, rerouting gas lines, adding new venting, and installing the Navien tankless water heater with all the proper components to ensure it was done safely and correctly. The workmanship was exceptional, and it's obvious they take pride in doing the job right rather than taking shortcuts. The finished installation looks clean, organized, and professional. Best of all, we now have endless hot water and the peace of mind of knowing everything was installed to code and built to last. After another outstanding experience, I can confidently say Abend Services has earned my trust for all of my plumbing and gas work. Woke up to my thermostat’s red screen of death on the hottest day thus far in 2026 with an out of town husband. Of all of the companies I contacted, including the one that typically services our unit, Abend was the only one available and willing to come out. They kept me up to date on their arrival time and even included a picture of who would be arriving. I also appreciated their use of shoe covers, as I don’t typically wear shoes in the home. They were knowledgeable, polite, and resolved the issue in very little time. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service and will likely be switching to them for all future HVAC or plumbing needs.

Great service quick response gave me an appointment time. They ended up being late, but they took a $100 off of the service. Because they were late, very professional. Courteous was getting my water heater repaired. But apparently something was just dirty. So really? They didn't have to do any work except clean around it. They didn't charge me anything for the service. Would recommend anyone use them great experience

Highly recommend this company. They responded to my emergency call for service within 20min. The staff was and has been pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Abend replaced my water heater when it stopped working. They were reasonably priced and did the job quickly. The guys did a great job and were very friendly and informative. Abend is now my go to for plumbing and heating. 3/1/26 - I found out when I got my water heater installed that Abend has a wonderful service that I immediately signed up for where they will come out and inspect my AC and plumbing twice a year to make sure it is working at peak performance. See the pictures below. Upon discovering that my water heater burst, I immediately called ABEND Services (5:30AM) because of my prior positive experiences with them. They answered the phone and had a technician out to my home before 8:30AM. They sized up the problem and went into action. They were meticulous in making sure all details were being addressed. Especially getting the new water heater down the stairs and they old one back up the stairs with no damage to my property. You can see in the pictures the installation very well done. They cleaned up afterwards. It was like they were never here. Don't skimp on what's important. Call the best. I did.

I had a slow leak in my toilet that was starting to come through the kitchen ceiling—stressful to say the least! I called Abend Services and they came out the very next day. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Communication was clear and timely, and the technician was friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and how it would be fixed. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were completely transparent throughout the process. I truly appreciate the excellent service and peace of mind. Highly recommend! EDITED TO ADD: they saved the day again. Our house was built in 1954, so there are bound to be things that come up. I woke up to water coming from under my stove. Called Abend at 4:37 AM and Katie answered. Richie and Mike were here a few hours later. Showed me what needed to be done and what the price would be before they started and they were done within an hour. Abend is definitely on speed dial for this old home!

They were quick to respond and the technician was very nice. However, they were unable to clear the clog in the sewer line. I understood that, but they never followed up and 2 emails were sent. They only responded to 1 of the email, otherwise they ghosted us. We hired another local plumber who did the work needed to repair the sewer line.
