  • What a way to start my day in my restaurant.I turned on my ac unit as usual and started my day as usual.Something felt different in the store.I asked myself.why I'm I feeling this hot when the ac unit was turned on, when I opened my restaurant.I went to check the ac thermostat only to find out that the ac was not running.By this time the temperature inside my restaurant was closed to 96 degrees.I panic and called many heating and cooling companies in my area only to be told that they couldn't come until Monday.I decided to try one more company before I gave up.The name of the company I called is Aire Craft heating and cooling.. This company sent me a technician within one hour.The name of the technician is Mike.He trouble shoot the ac unit within minutes.and got my ac running like brand new.Mr Mike ,I want to tell you that your professional qualities is highly appreciated from the bottom of my heart.I will keep your telephone number very close to my heart.   • If I could give 10 stars, I would! We bought our 1937 home in 2013, which had an ancient 1992 heating and cooling system that was still in working order. Of course, we thought we should just replace the system to avoid any major issues. Fred talked us out of it, said the system was working fine, and in the event it failed, he'd swoop in and rescue us. Over the years, he had come out intermittently to service the system (wearing his crazy shoes!) with very minor, very reasonably priced repairs. Fast forward TEN YEARS LATER, the system finally died. Fred and his crew found us a well-priced Trane system, and his crew installed it in 2 days. We have them come out once a year to do maintenance on the system. While they were here, I walked out to find them polishing the outside unit. Who does that??

  • My history with Aire-Craft goes back at least 6 years ago whilst I managed a large complex( private residence) in Greenspring Valley. Fred and his team ALWAYS! went above and beyond. I am now living on the Eastern Shore of MD and had a few issues with my HVAC systems in the summer and more recently before Christmas. Not only did Fred & Mike make the 2 plus hour journey the resolved my issues. This kind of customer service should be applauded. Thank you all so much!!

  • My 23 year old HVAC system suddenly stopped working 2 weeks ago. Aire-Craft was one of two companies I asked to come out and assess the viability of repairing my old system, and one of 6 companies who provided me with a proposal once it was determined that the old system was not salvageable. The Aire-Craft technicians were on time for all appointments and explained their recommendations to me clearly. They provided the most competitively priced proposal and also installed the best quality equipment (Trane, while other companies would install Goodman, Carrier, Bryant, etc.). The demolition of the old equipment and the install of the new system was completed over the course of two days. Technicians seemed to take pride in their work and the work space was cleaned up well when everything was said and done. Highly recommend the team at Aire-Craft and their work!

  • Once , your one of Aire-Craft customers they really start treating you like you are the only customer . Yesterday our air in the office stopped working and we gave them a call and with in 45 mins we had someone out here to help . That gave a temp fix and got us our part ordered so we can get back up and running . Best feeling is knowing that a company really cares about its customers and will come out so fast to help ! When I called for service, Ruth took the time to understand my issue and promptly scheduled the service call - Cody and Jessie troubleshot the problem, explained what was going on with my unit, and how it was resolved. I have a geothermal system and it’s hard to find reliable companies to help when issues pop up - I highly recommend Aire-Craft based on my 10+ years of using them.

Curt is so good at what he does & is just such a great person. They really know their craft & are diligent in troubleshooting & problem solving.   • I needed some specialty repairs and Aire-Craft was definitely the right choice. I have a WhisperKool wine cellar cooling unit that needed servicing. These are small, tight and hard to work on so not many places do. Aire-Craft did a great job at a fair price! They even installed a service port so any future issue with low freon can be quickly and easily fixed. Top notch work!
