I had an excellent experience with my recent maintenance service call. Anthony was professional, courteous, and very thorough. He took his time to carefully inspect everything, explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand, and answered my questions along the way. He also made helpful recommendations and provided quotes so I could make informed decisions about any additional work needed. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush through the appointment and took the time to make sure everything was checked properly. His attention to detail, knowledge, and willingness to explain everything made a great impression. It’s refreshing to receive such thoughtful and professional service. I would highly recommend him and truly appreciate the excellent work he did!

Very disappointed. I bought a new AC and furnace from Amazing a few years ago. Over $15K spent with you, plus routine service. Now I want to upgrade my thermostat. I called to find out what that would cost. I have no issue buying the thermostat through you, but your customer service person would not provide me a quote for a simple thermostat upgrade/install... on a system we bought from you. Said I needed to schedule a $99 service call JUST TO GET A QUOTE. Not acceptable. All I want to know is am I looking at a $200 service call or a $2000 service call? Shouldn't be that hard to provide a quote for a simple service like this. Now I have to look for another HVAC company.

Had an old copper pipe leaking at multiple T pipe fittings. Called Amazing and James was out the next day to repair. Ended up replacing a long section of pipe and new T pipe connections past the broken area to prevent future issues. James was honest and straightforward the entire time and even answered some questions I had about other plumbing topics like a water treatment system and hot water heater. Cannot recommend James and Amazing enough for any plumbing need you may have.

Amazing Heating and Cooling was phenomenal to work with! From the initial meeting to access our heating/cooling needs to the follow up questions and ultimately the completion of the job. Everything was handled professionally, with attention to detail and technical expertise. We appreciated working with Brett as he is very knowledgeable about the HVAC systems and he was able to answer our specific questions regarding our home/ductwork/air flow etc. We are happy with our choice of HVAC system as we immediately noticed improvement in the home's temperature following the installation. True to their name, they provided an amazing HVAC install experience from start to finish.
