There is a reason their ratings are so high. Beginning to end they were excellent. Not one single negative aspect to mention. Michael was personable, professional, and clearly well informed during our initial meeting and quoting process. Ibn and the rest of the installation team were amazing. Kind, courteous, and incredibly competent. 11/10 absolute pros! Definitely recommended. Updated: 3/4/2026. If I could rate them higher, I would. We have had them come do their regular seasonal checks a few times since the initial installation, and all technicians are the best of the best. They’re prompt, friendly, professional, and quick with their work. Cannot recommend this company enough. Updated: 10/6/2026. Another seasonal check, another 5-star review. These guys are the best. Our technician De’Sean is a pro! Very happy to keep doing business with them.

As a first time customer, I was super impressed with the level of service provided by Zachary from Complete Home Services. I sent an email in the evening requesting service to troubleshoot my smart thermostat and within minutes I had a reply back. The assigned technician, Zachary, arrived the next morning to do just that. A text with his headshot was sent before arrival so I knew when and who to expect at my door. Zachary was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous to my home and my pets! He immediately (within minutes) identified the issue and provided a few different repair options. He walked me through each one and when I made my choice, he had all of the materials with him to do the repairs same day. Before leaving, he even took the time to answer a few questions I had about future projects/maintenance. He was so patient and thorough in responding.
