Made a call, spoke with Michael Soper and on the same day he got my request granted. The service provided was excellent. The two gentlemen respectfully removed their shoes upon request before proceeding to the second floor. They also took the precaution of laying down tarps and cardboard before beginning their work. Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated efficiency while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and careful execution, performing their duties with utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend and am very likely to utilize this company for future endeavors. Thank you.

The owner of Abbott Brothers personally came to my house three times to reassure me about the job, even though I was still free to choose another company. My main water line had broken, and it is incredibly difficult living without water for basic necessities like brushing your teeth and taking a shower. At the same time, I was grieving the recent loss of my mother to stage 4 cancer. Despite how vulnerable and stressful my situation was, the owner never tried to take advantage of me. He was honest, sincere, and compassionate. The crew completed the job with honesty and integrity. They did not block the roadway, and everything was handled so smoothly that my neighbors barely knew they had been there. Most importantly, my water is working again. The price was fair, especially compared with some of the much higher estimates I received from larger companies. I’m grateful that honest, local plumbing companies like Abbott Brothers still exist. I will return and update this review if anything changes, but right now, I am very satisfied with their work.

As a single woman buying my first home, I was looking for more than just good plumbing. I needed a company I could trust, communicate with, and felt was fairly priced- I found all of that and more in Abbott Brothers Plumbing. From the office manager Dawn taking a million calls from me before I even submitted my deposit, to the plumbing team who came out and did the work helping me understand what was going on and what had been completed, to the owner Mike who has turned out to be the most upstanding business owner in the ENTIRE BALTIMORE AREA, I couldn’t be more happy. They repiped my entire gas system and hot and cold water system, passed their inspection and have continued to be available for questions and future work requests. Abbotts will remain my plumbing company until I leave their entire service area. 💪💪

We've used Abbott brothers twice this year and they've been excellent both times. One instance was to replace an old hose bib at the back of our house, install a new hose bib on the front, and replace parts in our kitchen faucet — they did a great job with this and I've been very happy with the work. We also just had them out for a leak issue that they were able to quickly identify and fix. We've worked with Paul and his colleague both times and they've been on time, quick, professional, tidy, and happy to explain what's going on (which I appreciate a lot). Safe to say you are our go to plumbers now! Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Thank you!

A service call ended up with reseating the toilet seat in my downstair bathroom for a 3-minute sewer line camera inspection entering about 5-feet deep because the technican Sean Johnson declared my underground plumbing's fittings were too complicated for his camera to go through and my bathroom underground plumbing pipes were not built correct. The bathroom concrete floor needed to be opened and the plumbing needed to be rebuilt. The shower stall tiles would need to be demolished and rebuilt. He said the cost would be high and needed a quote from Abbott's owner. Then I asked if it was possible to stick the camera into the sewer line from the roof vent. He said it was possible, but would need a quote from Abbott's owner. When I asked him how much I should pay him for his service on that day, he said $750, which is ridiculous for what he did. After negotiation, it came down to $499. I paid that for his advice that the bathroom plumbing was not built correct and the bathroom floor needed to be cracked open to rebuilt the underground plumbing in order to stick a camera or snake into the sewer line. A couple of days later, I got a quote from Abbott, which was $2800 for descaling the sewer line from the roof vent and inspecting the sewer line afterwards via a camera. The price is ridiculous. Later I found another plumbing company to clean the sewer line and inspect it using a camera and paid just a fraction of $2800. They never mentioned my downstair bathroom's underground plumbing. So Abbott's technican's advice is totally BS. Consequently, I delcined Abbott's $2800 quote. In summary, Abbott Brothers Plumbing just wanted to sell me high price without really helping. So please stay away from them. I don't recommend them at all.

I contacted Abbott Brothers for a second estimate on some work that another company had diagnosed and quoted. I provided the other company's quote details (but not pricing) so that they could quote comparable materials. The estimate came in 43% lower than the first company. They scheduled me quickly and did great work.

This company is all around great! Professional, fast response ,great work and the crew was amazing! I called to have my water heater replaced and Mike the owner had given me a estimate within mins and work was performed next morning by Paul knight and son. Paul and son did great job on install of water heater. They also had to replace a pressure valve on main water line and they executed that as well. I had alot of work done by these guys and never had an issue with nothing definitely would recommend to anyone.

Michael at Abbots is fast and effective. He unblocked our toilet with a motorized device. It took less then 10 mins. I felt the price was a little jarring for the amount of time/effort. But I suppose you have zero choice when the toilet is blocked and they have the "tool".
