Jason was phenomenal! 90 degrees outside and my A/C unit was only calling for heat. I told Jason that I have a newborn and we needed this problem fixed ASAP. He went above and beyond to not only diagnose and fix the issue, but combed my entire HVAC system to make sure it was bulletproof. It is currently Saturday, 7/25/26 at 8:40 PM. I had an appointment for an initial service call scheduled today in a window of 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm EDT. This appointment was scheduled on this past Tuesday, and confirmed yesterday, Friday, via text at 12:05 pm. My husband and I need our vent system inspected because we have not had any air conditioning this summer. Our air conditioning unit works, but we don't get any cool air into the house. My husband and I had to leave the house this morning for a couple errands, but were back home by 11:15 AM. Forty-five minutes prior to our scheduled window. From that time to this I have been physically in my home waiting to a technician to arrive. No technician ever showed up, and I have had ABOSLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION since the text message at 12:05 pm yesterday. Nothing saying something like, "Hey, we finished our morning appointments early and can come to your home sooner than originally scheduled." At which point my husband and I would have headed directly home. Nothing saying something like, "Good afternoon, we are running a little behind and may not get to you until after 4:00 pm, but we will keep our appointment." Not even, "We apologize but the technician scheduled to visit you today had an emergency and we won't be able to keep your appointment, when would be a good time to reschedule." Not even a stupid excuse to cover a technician that could have called out because they were hung over! NOTHING!!!!! ABSO FREEKING LUTELY NOTHING!!!! Congratulations At Your Service Heating and Cooling, LLC you have lost a customer you didn't even really have yet. I pray everyone who sees this review thinks twice about contracting to do business with you. The only good thing out of this is that we did not have to pay in advance. PS: There is a one star rating only because I am unable to post this review with out giving at least on star!

Initially signed a service contract after they installed my HVAC system. Later transitioned to the monthly contract. Despite multiple requests, a monthly invoice for charges was not provided. This among other issues led to me wanting to end the service contract. They have switched to an AI answering service. Impossible to bypass and speak to a live representative. Attempted online chat, same issue. The AI assistant even answered the "manager" phone number in one of the Owner responses to a past negative review. Easy to sign up for the service contract, difficult to terminate it.

Warning that these technicians either do not know what they doing or they were trying to rip me off. I was told by the AYS technician that we had a leak in our coil of our less than 5 year old trane system. He said the repair was $5,000. I had second opinion and learned that the drain to the outside needed to be cleaned so that technician performed that maintenance for $300 and the system has worked beautifully for weeks. I would not trust the diagnosis or the quote from this company. Very disappointed customer

Do NOT get a service contract through them! When we moved into our home we set up a service contract with them for a little over 2 years and when I tried to cancel the contract after some disappointing service visits I have not been able to get anyone to answer my call. I have tried calling their office for 2 months and all I get is an AI bot taking a message for someone to call me back and no one ever does. Now every month they charge my card for a service that I do not receive.
