I Could Write An Extremely Long Review of My Situation and Their Excellent Service. But Im Gonna Keep it to a Minimum. Called On a Saturday Eve Perry Came out Sunday Morning to Assess The Problem my 83 year Old Mom was having with Her 30 year old Dinosaur of a AC System. • My A/C stopped cooling on 7/3 due to extreme heat outside. Contacted Cozy after 5pm and someone came out at 6:30am on 7/4, 4th of July. My issue was the capacitor stopped working, I'm assuming due to the extreme heat. It only took minutes for the technician to diagnose the problem and change the capacitor. Now I'm back in business on one of the hottest days of the year. My house is cool again! Timely service considering it's going to be another scortcher today. Thumbs up to Cozy!

• The two guys we worked with - Tye and Jon - were phenomenal. Kind, helpful, had good suggestions for the problems particular to our older home/system, patiently answered questions via text (our preferred method of communication) over the course of 2-3 weeks while we did our due diligence, got other estimates, and did our research to compare all of the quotes. Never once got that “used car salesman” vibe that I hate. Never felt pushed or rushed. They communicated clearly about what to expect. • I am so happy with the new HVAC system installed by Cozy. They were so responsive and quick to come out to provide an estimate. Ty came by initially and was very thorough looking at our existing system and making recommendations for a new system install. Our old system was installed very poorly and he wanted to rectify the issues when they installed the new system. I had other contractors come out to provide estimates and none of them mentioned the things Ty pointed out to improve the system. I also loved that he would actually be the one doing the install. Most other companies have salespeople who come out but they really have no concept of what the install entails. Even with this personalized approach to the estimate, I was provided with an estimate that was significantly cheaper than the others I had received and included those additional improvements he had mentioned. On top of that, Jon also came out to look at the job prior to the install to make sure he had all the information he needed to ensure the installation went smoothly. They scheduled the installation within a week after we signed the contract. They communicated so well throughout the whole process. Ty and Jon arrived first thing in the morning and got right to work. They had the new system fully installed and operational by 3:30. Jon took the time to review all of the things they had done, show me how to use the new thermostat, and confirmed proper operation before leaving. The new system works so well. Our old indoor unit was a mess and the system they installed was night and day from what it was previously. It was a very tight space they were working in and they were able to get everything installed without cutting drywall or anything else (which is what I was told would need to happen by the other contractors that had come out). The first day the weather was warm enough to warrant A/C, Jon reached out to me to check and see that everything was operating properly. Most contractors complete a job and once they are paid, they have no follow-up. The Cozy team is not like most contractors. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure they are satisfied. With such a big investment like a new HVAC system, that was reassuring. I'm sure they demonstrate the same care regardless of the size of the job. While I hope I have no need for HVAC services for a while, I won't hesitate to call Cozy for any future needs. Their quality of service, pricing, knowledge, care, and communication is rare in an industry that is, more often than not, very transactional. I highly recommend calling Cozy for any HVAC needs.

• Jon and his team were amazing. My heat pump died suddenly in late November, and not even the electric heat strips would work. It was Thursday a week before Thanksgiving, and Jon came out and gave me options on repair versus system replacement. Both times I've worked with Perry he was very thoughtful in the way he chose to solve the problem, and also very thorough in his work and explaining to me the problem and solution. • My AC unit was struggling to keep the house cool. Dealing with companies for anything can sometimes be stressful. I googled searched for a heating & cooling company near me and started reading reviews. It seemed like every company out there had a dissatisfied customer and some reviews didn’t sit well with me. After a timely search I came across Cozy Heating and Cooling. Every review was great and just not filler reviews. They were actually nice experiences from customers. I put in an online request over the weekend to schedule someone to come out and within 24 hours I received a call from a gentleman name Perry. Perry came out and checked out the system and quickly found the problem. He explained everything to me with great detail and answered every question until I understood, even repeated questions lol. I’m very pleased with this company and was even more pleased that Perry was the tech that came out. Do yourself a favor if you’re having issues with your unit and reach out to Cozy Heating and Cooling and ask for Perry. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly and reasonable prices.

• Tenant complained about the AC not cooling, temperature was 90. I called Cozy Heating & Cooling today, 6/27/25 based on their Google reviews. Jon, the owner, was very responsive. He had Perry, the lead tech, reach out to me ASAP. Perry was accommodating. He switched his calls around due to tenant having to leave by 1 PM. His other customer was available all day. Perry called me quickly about his diagnosis. The capacitor shorted. A snake was found which caused damage to the part. Perry replaced the capacitor. Cozy Heating & Cooling gets 5 stars on this call. Jon & Perry were very responsive & accommodating. No fuss dealing with them. Suggest that consumers do your homework to determine if the provider is fair/reasonable with its pricing. The tenant is pleased with a working AC. I will update this review if needed. My husband & I are looking for a go-to HVAC provider that is reliable, responsive, honest and fair. We will use Cozy Heating again based on our first great experience with them today. Yesterday, I called another HVAC company listed by Google with 70 reviews, 4.9 stars, 47 years in business. I left a message on 6/26/25 to call me back due to a non-working AC. I called 2-3X more (same recording comes on) but did not leave a message. I also reached out to the same company through its "CONTACT US" link in their website. As of today, no response from the company. Being in business for "47 years" (47 a typo?), you think someone will call back or at least reply to my email. I am aware of the extreme heat happening across the East Coast this week but not a valid excuse to not reply to a customer by text, call or email.

• Outstanding experience from start to finish! Received an immediate response to my request for an estimate on a whole-house ductless mini-split installation in our old Catonsville home.
