Writing a review cannot do justice for what Clean Air did for us. They did a very nice-sized job for us, and there was an issue that was extremely urgent for us to take care of immediately, but it was not their responsibility. The way they jumped through hoops and bent over backwards to make sure the issue was taken care of is not often seen anymore in companies with this level of commitment. To say I highly recommend them is an understatement. I can't thank them enough.

Been with them since the late 70's. They practically always do a great job. The are at your service and will do whatever it takes to get the job done and make you pleased. I finally decided to write a review for them after today. They came out quickly and painlessly to fix our broken upstairs air unit on a Sunday. Clean Air installed a new gas furnace and air conditioner back in 1999. Furnace lasted 24 years. Just replaced both. I was very happy with the quality of the installation and the installation crew. A few days later, I had a problem with the furnace humidifier. Called for service - Office very friendly - had technician out the same day. Technician was very personable, and knowledgeable. Analyzed and quickly fixed the problem without hesitation. I've been a customer since 1999 - very happy - can't go wrong with Clean Air.

A technician named Mitchell responded and was at our home within an hour. He was pleasant and was determined to find the source of our problem. He stayed until he had everything working properly. I'd like to give this company another 5-star. This time, two technicians (Mitchell and Marvin?) worked several hours to replace both primary and secondary heat exchangers for me. They did an excellent job and also cleaned water trap, burners, and AC coils for me. Both technicians are very professional, polite, and patient to answer my questions and show me the problems with the old heat exchangers. Their service charge is transparent and reasonable. Their front office staff Alice is very nice and professional, communicates with me clearly and timely. My furnace is running well now and my house is warm again 🙂
