• I had booked a maintenance service call for my 24 year old furnace and 3 year old AC unit. Megan did a thorough and professional job testing both only to find that the furnace needed a new flame sensor and the AC unit's fan was making an abnormal vibration. The fan motor was still under warranty which DELTA will replace despite them not being the HVAC business that installed the unit 3 years ago. Megan took the time to answer my many questions which made me feel at ease despite her being on a work schedule. I will certainly be contacting Delta when the time comes to replace my furnace...just need one more year out of it! Big cheers to Megan and the service department at Delta Air Systems! A year has passed and I am very pleased with my new HE furnace just installed today. It is much quieter than my 25 year old unit which was also a Lennox installed by Delta in 2001. • I had an excellent experience with Delta Air when I recently replaced my furnace and air conditioner. The service was professional from start to finish, starting with Tanya Hindle, who quickly determined the best solution and gave me a reasonable quote, and ending with the two technicians, Fabio and Isaiah, who were very skilled and hardworking, who completed the installation professionally and on time. An additional note is that they were careful not to cause any damage to the property and cleaned up the area before leaving. • In mid-June our old AC started leaking, and we reached out to Delta Air Systems based on their reviews online — spoiler: they didn't disappoint. After the initial technician visit concluded that a new AC and furnace were needed, Tanya came by to take measurements, patiently answered all of our questions and concerns, and walked us through a few quote options. She was friendly and professional throughout, and that was a big part of why we decided to move forward with Delta. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the following week Tyler and Ryan (day one) and Mitch (day two) came out to install both units. • Our air conditioner required a major repair recently, and we decided to get three quotes to replace it. We found Delta Air Systems to have the best quote. In fact, we were able to instal a heat pump rather than a standard air conditioner. I was contacted by Jordan, the Delta Manager of Operations. She is friendly and was very friendly, knowledgeable, informative and helpful, answering all of my questions and going above and beyond what I expected. As it was hot weather, Delta provided help to keep the house cool until the installation. The installation was done in short order and went smoothly. The installers, Liam and Cooper, were also friendly, knowledgeable and informative and did an excellent job. The installers indicated how happy they were to work for Delta and how well they are treated, which says a lot for the company. When there was an adjustment required after installation, they immediately sent a different Liam who was also very friendly and knowledgeable and provided detailed information about the adjustments he made. It wasn't just Jordan, the installers and the second Liam with whom we worked that impressed me. I found that other staff, Tyler and Tammy, were equally as good to work with. All-in-all, this was a great experience, so kudos and thanks to all the people that worked on our installation.
