Andrew at MD HVAC Solutions rushed over for a quick diagnosis and then single-handedly handled everything from there, including working with the manufacturer on what could could be replaced under warranty, expediting the delivery of a new unit, and getting everything back up and running as soon as possible (very much appreciated as cold showers are no fun!). The work was fast, friendly, and cost effective. The company navigated some push back from the manufacturer which limited our costs and expedited the final delivery of a replacement (what took a couple days could have easily taken weeks). Yesterday, Thanksgiving Sunday, our furnace got itself into a bit of a 'mood' and wouldn't push heat. By no means an emergency as we're not yet into cold temps. • ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star I would not recommend this company based on my experience. They installed a new furnace in my home, and from day one, the installation was poorly done. The system was noisy, not heating evenly, and looked rushed with sloppy workmanship. When I called to address the issues, I was met with delays, excuses, and little accountability. I had to bring in a second HVAC professional, who confirmed that several parts were installed incorrectly and not up to proper standards. This cost me additional time and money to fix something that should have been done right the first time. I expected a professional, trouble-free installation — instead, I got frustration and extra expense. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a company that takes pride in their work and stands behind it.
