  • Victor did an excellent job servicing our long overdue furnace, A/C, special air filter and humidifier. He was very thorough in his assessment and maintenance and repair of all items. He reviewed and discussed each repair item prior to proceeding. Victor was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. When he left I knew all had been comprehensively serviced and my systems were back in excellent condition. I would highly recommend him for his services.

  • Our furnace and thermostat suddenly stopped communicating after we accidentally reset the system, and we were really worried we wouldn’t be able to get it working again. He came to our home within 15 minutes of our phone call, which we really appreciated, especially given how late it was. He was incredibly patient and thorough and stayed past midnight troubleshooting the system and trying every necessary step to get everything working again. While the wireless connection to our upstairs thermostat wasn’t fully resolved, he successfully got our furnace system reconnected and working again, which was our main concern. What stood out most was how hardworking, humble, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us he was. He didn’t rush through the appointment or give up when the issue became complicated. He took the time to troubleshoot everything properly and explain what was happening. We’re extremely grateful for the time and effort he put in, especially on such short notice and so late at night.   • You'll see from many reviews talking about Victor. Im not sure if he is the owner or an employee of the company to be honest. Victor came to our place to fix our furnace, it was late in the evening and we have a 1yr old child. We were in panic mode about getting it fixed bc nights get very cold now and the chance of getting someone in to fix it right away was very unlikely. I would give this guy a million stars if I could! He was polite, knew his stuff, and most importantly, honest. He fixed our furnace and I chatted with him while he was working and he told me to stick around while he works, no problem. He didn't even ask us to write a Google review, I'm writing this out of appreciation. Thank you Victor, I will definitely recommend you to my friends and co-workers.....even my dog liked him for christ sakes.
