• Fantastic place to get your AC INSTALLATION done in the city, the workers who came to install were fantastic & friendly. They notified me regarding the installation date before time & responded appropriately. Overall a fantastic HVAC contractor in the city.👌 👌👌 Updated review I got a recent quote for the AC they installed 3 years ago they gave me it in a very expensive price almost additional 5k in debt because of them. Not choosing them ever for any HVAC work.

• I've used these guys twice. 1. Installed a tankless hot water tank, they pushed hard and quoted me over and over to replace my old furnace with a high efficiency furnace. Very pushy about it. I asked them to also install a Navien filter to protect the tankless heater and it took them about a month to close that off - they kept forgetting and seemed to avoid doing it. Weird. 2. Called them in a few years later to service my furnace and tankless hot water heater, asked them bring a new filter. They came in and upon just seeing the furnace condemned it and said I needed a new furnace, didn't service it, was very weird. They quoted me a high efficiency furnace again and seemed like an overpriced quote. Didn't bring a filter for the Navien, never heard back from them. They asked by SMS if I was satisfied, I said no, they asked why and I mentioned all that.....they never responded. I paid 400$ for a 30 min judging of my furnace based on age. I never got a report, no recommendations, no pictures, no explanation, just "that's likely leaking CO into your house, I can't touch it, need to replace it". Yay. I would never use these guys again.

• Agree with Taylor’s 1 start review below me. Bryce has screwed so many people over and probably reports any 1 star reviews he gets. Drilled my gas range pipe in wrong spot so it wouldn’t sit flush to the wall then said I could just run my quartz behind the stove, fridge water line he installed leaked all into my basement and his insurance had to cover it but he was no where to be found for the repair, and finally my gas fireplace line had a gas leak.

• I am very confused at the near perfect reviews. Bryce left not only our home, but several others in Grande Cache in shambles. We had bought our home in 2016 and it had a new furnace. In 2021, it started making a noise. We called someone else to come; But he wasn’t available. Bryce answered the phone and was able to come service the furnace right away. He said the furnace was done and that we needed a complete new one. We didn’t know any different, so we paid Bryce for a new furnace. Bryce installed the new unit and got it running. But shortly after we kept running into issues. Mainly that the unit would get hot and kick off. The house couldn’t get to temperature without the furnace over heating. Heat was barely being delivered to other parts of the house. The house was now cold all the time. We made it to the summer, and thought it should be an easier time of year to get him or his staff to come and fix whatever was going on. A guy came and cut some holes in our ducts in the basement to alleviate the presumed bottle necking of heat; As a temporary fix I assumed. My husband was in communication at this time with Bryce to coordinate a time where he could come and fully resolve the issue. Bryce informed us that the furnace isn’t working properly because “he told us in the beginning we needed all new duct work” and that he could come finish the job for another $5000. In fact he said all the houses in grande cache had insufficient duct work. This not only was never mentioned, but we ended up paying a legit person (first person we tried to call before Bryce) $200 to fix this issue. My furnace has been running great for the last year+ since the $200 service call. It had nothing to do with duct work by the way. This person also mentioned that our home was the second worst he has seen in town of Bryce’s work that he’s fixed. He said we were due for a bad house fire any day the way Bryce left the furnace. So where’s Bryce now? We don’t know because he blocked our phone numbers after arguing that an additional $5000 was foolish. Now that we’re confident we were scammed, and our safety was jeopardized, we have been left with no choice but to take legal action. If you’re thinking about hiring Bryce, my advice is don’t risk it.

• We paid a lot of money on Plumbing issues and problems are not rectified. All these months later the problems persist. We are still out of pocket and now I have a huge hole in the wall from where the drywall was cut out. Bryce the owner came to our place and told us that he would have never have done what he employee did to our place and ensured us a full refund. After numerous unanswered phone calls and emails we were finally refunded a potion of what we paid. We gave him much time and chances to do the right to no avail. Unfortunately it looks like the matter will have to go to court.

• Furnace Fellas - 15th December, 2022 Request - Diagnostic & Fine tune up of Furnace Certified Technician Hi Team, We have a property at XXXXXX and using a gas furnace. Since last more than 1 year, we haven't did any furnace service hence we contacted Furnace Fellas to come , diagnose any issue and fine tune up furnace for better output. Furnace fellas gave a quote of 150 CAD and we agreed to get the service. XXXX from Furnace fellas come to do Furnace service on 15 Dec.2022. He started with temperature reading first at different part of living area. After that technician started reviewing the Furnace Gas Valve, Blower (fan) and Heat Exchanger. Though everything was fine, XXXX has described major leakage in Heat Exchanger and shuts off the furnace , explaining that based on the Alberta Law, I can't able to continue using the furnace. Due to lack of law knowledge, I haven't countered anything and shuts off the furnace. The only solution gave by XXXX is to either use Space heater or install a new furnace. When I asked about the confirmation of crack and verify it with other technician, He told that any technician giving wrong information about heat exchanger leakage, will be legally countered in Alberta Court and whatever charges customer needs to pay for wrong information will be covered by technician (or business). Due to wrong information , I ended spending 6000 CAD very next day for new furnace and 156 CAD for furnace tune up to Furnace fellas. As explained by XXXX, would like to get my 6000 + 156 CAD back from Furnace fellas as legal process explained by technician. I also have the same explanation in written which I will be attaching herewith. Due to sudden closure of furnace (by law pressure), my family has to stay in 12 C temperature inside my property and I have to spend 6000 CAD in just one day. I am ready to file a legal notice if req. Have more explanation but not able to describe here everything. After giving wrong information about furnace quality and threatening using lawful sentences, Furnace fells has stopped my home furnace and threatened me that as per the law, I can't use or run my furnace. If I run it, it will be against the law and I need to make a decision to replace my furnace in a day or two. I took that decision and replaced my furnace with a brand new Lennox furnace. When we removed the old furnace, we didn't find any crack or any other issue with Heat exchanger. When I called the Manager of Furnace, the manager came to my place to re-inspect the furnace and He also didn't find anything wrong with the furnace. He requested me to take the furnace with him to his shop and he would like to do thorough testing. I gave him permission and tried calling him many times to get my old furnace back and He has not provided any response yet. He took the furnace in the third week of December, it's already been more than a month but still no response from the manager on my old furnace. My request is to get a refund of my complete new furnace charges which is 6000 CAD because I was threatened with a wrong lawful sentence and they stopped my furnace forcing me to live in the cold which is against law as well. Also after taking my old furnace, they haven't returned back my furnace as well. I raised a complaint in BBU, Consumer Investigation but they have not responded to them as well. And now I am filing a case in Calgary Area of Law is Civil Litigation Commercial - in court. Not recommended at all.

• Being a new home owner I really didn’t know what to do when my Furnace stopped working over the weekend. Will came to check out the situation within 2 hours of initial contact, on a Sunday, after hours. Will was super informative and I learned a lot as he was an open book. • I cannot say enough wonderful things about Furnace Fellas! I am a senior whose furnace recently went out during a cold snap, my son tried to contact several emergency furnace companies to come out to help me. Unfortunately, none of them could come for several days! Then he called Furnace Fellas and Bryce came out to see me within a very short time that evening and diagnosed the problem. He sincerely regretted telling me it was a major fix and it would be more fiscally beneficial to buy a new furnace. We picked one out and he re-arranged some appointments for the next day. True to his word Will, a man with 30 years experience, was at my home promptly the next morning. Will and Dylan worked very hard to install my new furnace and by the afternoon my home was heating up.
