• Stopped to chat with this group at the Calgary home show. Me and two buddies are interested in a water softener and filtration system. We were getting the pitch when we asked about the product origin. We showed disappointment that it was sourced in the US and the Milani rep muttered that he wanted nothing to do with ‘elbows up people who were afraid of tariffs’ and then walked away. They must be doing extremely well if they are able to insult potential customers who simply don’t want to spend more than they need to.

• I was in need of a new hot water tank. My friend recommended this company as she had gone through them before. I spoke with Nitin and he was able to get me in right away to replace the tank. He was honest about the quote and there were no surprises in the end with the charges. The techs Seunghwan and Hardev that came out to do the replacement were very professional, they removed everything and cleaned up the area after the job was finished. After the tank was installed, the blower was not fitting properly, I contacted Nitin and he got someone out the next day to replace the blower. Kawalnain did a great job replacing the blower. He was very patient waiting to make sure the tank was working properly as I tested the hot water and ensuring everything was functioning. I would recommend Milani to friends and family. Their price is very reasonable and with no hidden charges or surprises. Thank you for coming out so quickly to a replacement.

• We had a Airconditioner service before hot weather knock our door. It was scheduled for 12 pm. Exact at 12 PM door bell rang and 'Seanghuan Cho' showed up. He was so courtious, smiling all the time, spent reasonable amount of time to complete his work with great sense of professionalism. When he wanted to go to basement, he made sure to put shoe sleeve on top of his shoes to make sure our property doesn't get dirtly. He cleaned up the mess very accurately with nothing left behind for us to clean. Out side also AC coil was cleaned with chemical and then with brush and then with the water. Excellent work performed with great sense of professionalism an d with great attitude of perfectionalist. We wish him all the best for his future and expecting his similar kind of service for other issues we might have in future. I had my voice compromised so couldn't speak clearly and loudly, still he listend me with great patience and replied to all my questions gracefully. After I explained what we were experiencing, he took the time to do a thorough diagnostic to fully understand the issue before getting to work. Once Seunghwan augured the pipes and cleared the blockage, he didn't just stop there - he carefully tested everything to make sure the line was completely clear and functioning properly. • Just had my furnace replaced by Milani after a few long stinky winters with a lower efficiency furnace.
