• We have used J&B heating twice now, once for installation of a new furnace a few years ago in which they had to go through bedroom walls to vent outside and had to build a bulkhead in the ceiling for the fix, beautiful job, would never know it wasn’t part of the original ceiling! Furnace is great! The second time was for the removal of our poly B pipes! Ben is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, responsive and his prices are the best! Anything extra we asked to have done, was done if possible. Thank you to Travis, DJ and Tien for the professional job that was done on the poly B removal. There were many holes, 19 to be exact, in my walls and ceilings for the pipe removal. The cleanup was amazing, and I would never know where any of that work had been done from the patchwork in the ceilings to the matching of the paints, four different colours to be exact! They definitely go above and beyond the call of duty ! I would highly recommend Ben and his crew for any of this type of work👍 thanks again! Rick and Shelley

• I contacted this company for the annual service required to maintain the warranty on our high-efficiency Carrier furnace, after the company that installed it failed to return our calls. We had attempted to reach them at least three times over the course of a year following the installation. After the third unsuccessful attempt, we decided to contact Carrier Canada directly. We were surprised to learn that, contrary to what the original installer had told us, we were not required to use them for servicing - the warranty allows any qualified and licensed technician. Carrier Canada provided us with a few companies to consider, and this business was one of them, despite being relatively new - about five years . We were very pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule us, as well as how promptly the technician arrived - I believe the technician's name is Peter . He also made some helpful recommendations, which we have since followed up on. We would highly recommend this company.

To be extra safe, they sent another staff member the following day to perform a carbon monoxide test, which came back clear. I really appreciated that they didn’t pressure us into replacing the furnace right away. When I asked for a quote for a new unit, the pricing was very reasonable and transparent.
