They are our go to HVAC company for both residential and commercial. In fact they recently diagnosed and solved a furnace problem for my elderly mom. Saved us replacing the entire furnace.   • Highly recommend Element as they are very professional, efficient, friendly, super responsive and know what they are doing. We have a massive commercial walk in freezer that was installed by another company and we had to call that company almost every 2 months as both condensers would frost up and stop working (of course being charge for every fix). Leonard from Element came in, assessed the situation, made a bunch of fixes with the setup (temp, defrost etc.) and drainage that was previously installed. 8 months later, we have had no issues with frosting - even during the recent 30+ weather we have been having. Also, the condensers aren't on 90% of the time like they used to be so guessing we will be saving a ton on electricity and overall wear/tear of the units. If you want things done right the first time, call Element.

  • After switching from another refrigeration place, we were blown away about the service and technical abilities of this team. Chris the owner is so lovely to deal with as is everyone at the company. An 8 door freezer was installed with no issues and turned on as needed without a hitch (in comparison to other freezers from other companies that crashed multiple times after tremendously painful installs). Recommend for repairs or large projects!

  • Took 4 hours to do a simple 15 min job. Disappeared for 1.5hrs to "get the part". Won't quote the job and takes your credit card number prior to sending their employees. Clearly taking advantage of an unquoted job and no respect for the customers time. Absolute nightmare. Call someone else.

  • Element is fabulous. To date, we have had an air conditioning unit installed, two high efficiency furnace cleanings / fixes and a high efficiency hot water tanked fixed. Whether your are a commercial or residential customer, Element can get it done. Element employees were professional, tidy and worked with our schedule to stay on top of the job. They completed their work quickly and let us know everything about what they were installing or fixing, so we didn't have to wonder. I would highly recommend their services.
