• Overall, I'm very happy, Too bad the tank is a little wider than my old one and my original pan is a tight fit now. The manual's drawings show a 1" minimum clearance that the warranty refers to for water damage claims, so I may end up having difficulties if the tank ever leak during the warranty period and end up having property damage. I just wish the installers would’ve had pans on hand to sell.

• We purchased a new boiler system from Dion and had it installed on June 9, 2025. Unfortunately, we had problems with the system twice over the next 8 months, of course inevitably falling on a weekend each time! On each occasion, a technician was dispatched promptly at no cost to us and both times the problem proved to be a defective motherboard. When we once again lost heat and hot water only a week after the second incident, Dion made the decision to replace our entire boiler system with an upgraded version, again at no cost to us (we later learned that our previous model was having lots of motherboard problems in general). A few days after the installation of the new system, we noticed that the hot water temperature was inconsistent and reported the problem to Dion. Once again, they promptly dispatched a technician, and he identified a couple of settings that required adjustment. Everything has been working beautifully ever since. I want to take this opportunity to commend Dee and her team for working quickly in responding to our needs. Dee was very empathetic and customer focused when I would call for assistance. Dion’s team is very professional and, while we were unlucky in initially getting a system with such problems, we were extremely lucky to have such a responsive company dealing with our situation.
