  • We recently purchased a new furnace from Francis Fuels. We did get multiple estimates and checked out other dealers. In the end, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Francis Fuels. Their Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He spent a couple of hours with us answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. On installation day, Brody & Tika arrived at 8:30 am and finished around 6:30 pm. They were very courteous, polite, professional and they also knowledgeably answered all of our questions, addressed an issue we had with condensation outside from the exhaust pipe and demonstrated the workings of our new thermostat. I have since dealt with both the Accounting Section at Francis Fuels and the Service department to discuss ongoing maintenance plans. The consistent approach to excellent customer service throughout this organization is truly impressive in this day and age.

  • In the month of July I had Francis Fuels install first a new furnace, and then a new outdoor A/C unit for my home. From the initial sales discussion to the actual installation I am very happy with their service. The installation technicians made sure disruption to my home was kept to a minimum and gave me an explanation on the work done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for heating/cooling needs.

  • Absolutely awesome service called Monday 13th of July for an A/C problem was told they would make it in a couple days due to storm repairs still going on …. Baring in mind the following day was to reach 40degrees …Hakim the technician was there within a few hours, extremely professional, fast and efficient changed the part and was finished within 30 mins .I,d like to add how appreciative we are for making time for us that day ! Highly recommended!!!

Since the day I decided to go with Francis Fuels for my air-con needs, I knew I was in good hands. From Paul in sales to installment coordinators Kevin and Derrick to installation specialists Spenser (a real pro) and Omer, I was consistently impressed with their professionalism and their considerable good will.   • I can't say enough nice things about this company - A year ago, this team was great to work with. They were patient as we looked at options and competitive quotes, clear with timelines and next steps, ensured to follow up when things needed to be adjusted, and were extremely kind and easy to work with on installation. We had a heat pump with two heads put in. They expertly handled the application for government grants. In addition - we recently had an issue of vandalism and there were some sever challenges with the insurance company attempting to cut corners on the fix. With the expert advice, provided with integrity (special shout out to Derrick - please ask for him) we were able to show that the insurance companies contractor was wrong and allow Francis to complete the repair properly. They're the best - strongly advise.
